Oh no, sorry to hear that!  Hope they’re delivered very soon!  Not just the CD, but I love the DVD btw.  I was so impressed by the making part.

After we sent the email they emailed back and they said that they would send one as fast as they could. Happy to hear the DVD was good. And how was the bonus track Iron Destiny? I suppose it was good :)

Just missing 4 vinyl versions now, of which 3 will arrive soon (waiting for my package… :D ).

I only ordered the cd/DVD digipak.
However, I am STILL waiting. Damn me living in the US.

I live in US as well and did recieve it today, it shipped on 5/30. Yours should be there soon!!!

You r not. I just ordered the bi coloured.

I ordered the yellow vinyl because it looked fantastic but I really wanted that DVD so that is why I ordered the CD/DVD as well.

not to be the bringer of bad news, but today was an absolutely horrible day for me:

nuclear blast germany totally fucked me over.

i contacted them because i hadn’t heard anything about all the limited stuff i ordered. they said i never paid them and canceled my order. no one ever told me it was canceled, and whats worse is that i DID pay for my stuff, i have the receipt of my bank and from paypal. they totally fucked up and i’m so pissed off. i had to buy the standard deluxe version at work today…i should be holding all of my limited items. i fucking hate nuclear blast so much right now. i’ve never been more disappointed in my life. this is a situation where i just want to yell out loud “CANT SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING?!?!?!”

at work the package with the USA releases of PA showed up - most were damaged and have to be sent back. my customers wont get it until wednesday now. overall i’m really disappointed with the whole thing surrounding this album. who knew it was so hard to get an album by your favorite band and have such bad luck attached to it.

Wow, that are bad news!!
I once ordered at NB and there was also trouble concerning the payment. PayPal sent me an e-mail that the money couldn’t be transferred, so I sent NB an e-mail. It appeared that something with PayPal went wrong, and NB had recieved my money. I eventually ignored the message from PayPal since everything went well.
The package that arrived was stuffed out fully, the records (mainly CDs, but also the Phantom Antichrist 7” and another 7”) did not even have a chance to break.
I hope that NB accepts your proofs!

today that guy i was originally talking to has changed his story. now he’s saying that they got my money and the order was never canceled, and that they sent my stuff today. i guess getting proof of my payment being made along with the fact that i told them they were extremely unprofessional in how they handled this entire situation got me somewhere. they best sneak in some extra goodies for me - because they were really big assholes about it all, and i really doubt i’ll ever order from them again.

I hope so to. If they did that to you, you deserve a little extra thing.
Hope NB send some extras to me when my CD + DVD will arive. Its not the same situation as yours dOT rOT Thrash but if NB forgot the CD+ DVD for me they really need to do something extra

I like Nuclear Blast very much but this time they screwed it up a little. Hope they will get better on my next order :)

Crazy! It seems it was a good idea to order from amazon…
