I waited all summer this blu-ray as a major event in the discography of my favorite band, and I am satisfied with the concert itself, but … I can’t say the same about the way in which the installation was made, and I don’t know whom to “thank” for this … I mean - okay, 24 cameras provide an excellent track of the show, but the constant switching between the cameras is quite irritating.
Ultimately, you can’t see almost nothing instead of seeing everything ...
… I don’t know, this is just my opinion - you might like exactly what I don’t like …

Somehow i share the same opinion on this, the frames change too often and too fast
The picture quality of the bluray could be better aswell. C’mom guys we are on 21st century, 99% of tv sets are ready for 1080i digital technology, why usage of this old century progressive crap ? Technically makes no sense, at least for bluray fanatics :).

But the concert is awesome. Great set list, get performance ... but as usually, and sorry german friends, the audience is too quiet and chilled. Best concerts are record at latin countries :d

I agree with you guys. That Blu-Ray is not so good in my opinion. However, the audio version is awesome !

Yeah, I also prefer the audio version. And don’t get me wrong on this - Kreator are giving their best (as always), but the video montage is very bad, to say the least. Unprofessional editing – like you are watching a videoclip all the time …
As a result, we have an excellent concert, from which we can’t see anything …

Cool !  :)

But we’ve digressed from the topic again ...
I’d love to hear some other opinions about the DVD and Bluray versions. Or maybe the others are not yet purchased it …

Hey

I have watched the DVD, it is basically the same as the comments above. fast switching not a lot of action and seems to fast.

Main thing i noticed was pit cams got very little time.  Seemed you were there and then out to quick.

As i seen em in march i new what the gig would be awesome shows, awesome set list.

yes agreed could be much better with less switching.  But i do not care, excellent and worth the wait.

I’d like to see them put a concert on dvd where it’s just one camera filming the whole stage, so that you can watch whatever you want whenever you want.

I don’t mind the 24 cameras coverage. AISB, the video montage is beneath criticism.

You are right, the switching is too fast. But I love the DVD in anyway, because I have been there in Oberhausen and met the guys during the DVD-premiere in Essen last year:-)
That’s why it’s full of personal, awesome memories ;-)

I have only the Blu-Ray-Version, which also includes the audio version.
The earbook is quite expensive.

What do you mean with a good price?
